Any questions? We’re here to help

When you buy an artwork from us, you can buy with confidence and are assured that we’ve personally checked the piece, we know where it has come from, and very often we know the artist who created it.

We’re lucky to have a personal relationship with most of our artists, and as collectors ourselves, have bought from all of these artists in the past

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please let us know and we’ll send you instructions and our details to complete your order. Orders are confirmed once funds arrive in our bank account.

  • Some pieces may have differing lead times, we will let you know a delivery date estimate when we confirm your order. Typically we ship items within 1-2 business days. We use fully insured courier services, and can deliver and hang work in person (location and addition fees apply)

  • To protect your artwork, we wrap it in acid-free tissue paper and then mount the print on board, wrapping it in high clarity cellophane and sending it to you flat-packed rather than rolled. We do not charge extra for this service.

Exceptions to this are international orders, where the flat pack option is much more expensive. We will send out in a tube if you wish to save the expense.

  • We want you to be truly delighted with your art purchases, they are fully inspected before leaving us. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us initially and we will organise a return process with you (exclusions apply)

Note: Our prints are priced as unframed - images shown framed are purely for illustration purposes and to help buyers see the scale of the piece. We can organise framing, please get in touch if you’d like to buy work framed

If you have any other questions, please send us a message or get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. You can contact us here
